Mrs. Winchester received her RN in 1984 and has worked at Swain Medical Center, Swain County Health Departmant, and Swain County Schools. She has worked as a School Nurse in the Swain County School System since 1995. Mrs. Winchester is a Member of Victory Baptist Church.
